1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Provided
[PLACEHOLDER] Trusted Cleaning Experts provides commercial cleaning, janitorial, deep cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and related services to businesses across Central Florida. Specific scope, frequency, and deliverables are documented in each customer’s service agreement or quote.
3. Booking and Payment
[PLACEHOLDER] Service bookings are confirmed by written acceptance of a quote or service agreement. Payment terms, accepted methods, and invoicing cadence are stated on each quote. Late payments may incur interest and collection costs to the extent permitted by Florida law.
4. Cancellation Policy
[PLACEHOLDER] Customers may cancel a scheduled cleaning visit with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ advance notice without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be billed at a percentage of the scheduled service. Recurring service contracts may be terminated under the notice period stated in the customer’s service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
[PLACEHOLDER] To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trusted Cleaning Experts’ total liability arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law
