By accessing or using the Trusted Cleaning Experts website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Trusted Cleaning Experts provides commercial cleaning, janitorial, deep cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and related services to businesses across Central Florida. Specific scope, frequency, and deliverables are documented in each customer's service agreement or quote.
Service bookings are confirmed by written acceptance of a quote or service agreement. Payment terms, accepted methods, and invoicing cadence are stated on each quote. Late payments may incur interest and collection costs to the extent permitted by Florida law.
Customers may cancel a scheduled cleaning visit with at least twenty-four (24) hours' advance notice without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be billed at a percentage of the scheduled service. Recurring service contracts may be terminated under the notice period stated in the customer's service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trusted Cleaning Experts' total liability arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
SMS messaging is optional and is not a condition of any purchase, quote, or service. You opt in only by checking the SMS consent box on our forms or by leaving a voicemail at our business line — providing your phone number alone does not opt you in. If you opt in, you may receive appointment confirmations, service quotes, missed-call follow-ups, reminders, and post-service review requests. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Text messages are sent by Sonz of Thunder Services, the operator of Trusted Cleaning Experts. See our Privacy Policy section 3 and the SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms for full details.
We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not shared with affiliates or third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
